配送方式一览 How We Deliver

1 - 上门自取 (Pick Up) 
好处：灵活安排、无需额外配送费用、没有起订额、有礼品 
坏处：你需要花时间在营业时间内上门取餐 

我们的营业时间是周二到周日，上午11:00至晚上9:30。 
地址：Pusat Perniagaan Olive Hill, 74-1, Jalan BS 1/1, Sek 1, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor。（MIX米克斯楼上） 

在此时间段内，欢迎上门自取。如需更早，请提前下单，并预约来取。 
赠送礼品：

2 - 自付运费 (Deliver Now & Pay Myself) 
好处：灵活安排，省去自取时间，无需起订额、有礼品 
坏处：需要自行支付配送费用 

我们的发货时间是周二到周日，上午11:00至晚上9:30。您可更早下单。

3 - William直送 (William Free Delivery) 
好处：免费、常常有惊喜、可以与William愉快聊天 
坏处：有起订额、每周两次、时间不定、距离太远可能无法配送 

每周二和周四，William亲自免费送餐！请在下单时选择“William Free Delivery”日期，配送时间为当天下午1点至4:30。未来2到3周的送餐日期会开放选择，如果没有看到您需要的日期，请耐心等候。虽然具体送达时间不一定准确（这就是William配送的特色），但餐点和冰饮的品质始终如一。如果您住得太远，William可能会无法配送，建议选择其他方式。 

4 - 平台订购 (Order through Platforms) 
您也可以通过Grab或2Hungry平台下单，虽然产品价格会稍高，但配送速度更快。 

5 - 随性送达 (Random Special Deliveries) 
比如我们最近尝试的夜宵直送（Night Special），灵活又特别，期待您的体验！ 

How We Deliver  

1 - Pick Up (Self-Collection) 
Pros: Flexible scheduling, no delivery fees, no minimum order with gift for a minimum spending 
Cons: You’ll need to come during our business hours to pick up your order. 

Our business hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. 
Address: Pusat Perniagaan Olive Hill, 74-1, Jalan BS 1/1, Sek 1, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor (above MIX). 

Feel free to pick up your order during these hours. If you would like to pick up earlier, please place order before previous night and contact us on WhatsApp in advance.  

• Spend RM30 to get a free tea drink (worth RM6.9) 
• Spend RM50 to get two free chicken wings (worth RM9.9) 
• Spend RM80 to get a free chicken leg (worth RM13.9) 

2 - Deliver Now & Pay Myself 
Pros: Flexible, saves you the time of picking up, no minimum order with gift for a minimum spending 
Cons: You’ll need to cover the delivery cost yourself. 

Our business hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. You might order before the earlist shipment of 11A.M. 
Address: Pusat Perniagaan Olive Hill, 74-1, Jalan BS 1/1, Sek 1, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor (above MIX). 

We will prepare your meal within this time frame, and a delivery rider will bring it to you. Please keep your phone accessible for smooth delivery.

3 - William Free Delivery 
Pros: Free, often comes with surprises, and you get to chat with William 
Cons: Minimum order required, available twice a week, delivery times vary, and distant locations may not be eligible. 

Every Tuesday and Thursday, William offers free delivery! When ordering, be sure to select the “William Free Delivery” date. Delivery takes place between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM on the chosen day. You can select dates from the next 2-3 weeks. If your desired date isn’t available yet, please wait for it to be added. While exact delivery times may vary (this is part of William’s delivery charm), the quality of our meals and cold drinks will always be top-notch. If you’re located too far away, William might not be able to deliver, so please consider another option. 

4 - Order through Platforms 
You can also order through Grab or 2Hungry. The prices may be slightly higher, but you’ll enjoy faster delivery. 

5 - Random Special Deliveries 
For example, we’re currently offering late-night deliveries (Night Special), a fun and unique service. We can’t wait for you to try it!
